Spirit History and Lore
The kung fu master is an individual who has reached the pinnacle of the martial art known as kung fu. Becoming a kung fu master requires many years of training and discipline. Mastery of ones inner energy, or qi, is often required to learn how to properly hone the balance between mind and body. There are various sytles of kung fu, including Shaolin, Wing Chun, Wushu, Drunken Monkey, and Jeet Kune Do.
