This fierce creature of fire and shadow wields a whip in one hand and a long sword in the other. Its fang-like teeth and spiked horns only serve to enhance this monster's frightening appearance. The look of the Fire Guardian seems to conjure up images of the creature known as the Balrog in J.R.R. Tolkien's The Lord of the Rings.
