| In Celtic mythology, Brigit (Brigid) is the daughter of the Dagda and one of the Tuatha Dé Dannan. She is considered the patroness of poetry, smithing, medicine, arts and crafts, cattle and other livestock, sacred wells and the arrival of early spring. Being a triple deity, her three aspects are the Fire of Inspiration, Fire of the Hearth, and Fire of the Forge. |
